Dynamic Performance Development

Our group summer options will be opening on June 13th, 2022.
Training times will be 1:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday's. Similar to previous years, we will limit capacity to ensure safety and optimal instruction.
Before signing up please be aware of the cancelation policy, along with understanding unused sessions do not roll over into the following month, except for in the case where the trainer missed the session or rescheduled a session.
